Emergency Information

If you are experiencing a water emergency such as a gushing leak or pipe burst, please shut off your main water line (usually in your basement) by simply turning the handle clockwise. 

If your emergency is a fire that cannot be extinguished with your fire extinguishers, your first step is to safely get everyone out of the home and then call 911. For break-ins or suspicious behavior, you are to call 911 as well as reporting the problem to us so we may repair any damage or safety breach from the break in. 

At Campus Handyman, our goal is to fix your problem the first time we come to your home and as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We will never be in your home longer than we need to in order to get the job done the right way.

Notice to Residents

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU AUTHORIZE CAMPUS HANDYMAN, ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND/OR SUB-CONTRACTORS, TO ENTER YOUR HOME. YOUR REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE SHALL BE DEEMED SUITABLE ADVANCE NOTICE OF OUR ENTRY. IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS OR CONCERNS, PLEASE INCLUDE THEM IN YOUR DESCRIPTION. AT CAMPUS HANDYMAN, WE STRIVE TO ACCOMMODATE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

IF YOU LIVE IN A HOME WITH MULTIPLE ROOMMATES, PLEASE INFORM YOUR ROOMMATES THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST! (This will help to both eliminate duplicate requests as well as keep everyone informed as to when workers will arrive.)

PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR A COPY OF YOUR REQUEST AND CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE E-MAIL CONFIRMATION, PLEASE RE-SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST.
